Hi I’m Alyssa!
My parents passed down a lifelong passion for the outdoors; I grew up in the garden and thought camping as vacation. I’ve always valued my relationship with nature, and found sharing that relationship most rewarding. Horticulture aside, much of my professional background is in nature education. I hope to share that love of plants with all of my clients.
In school I studied Biology, focusing on botany and evolution. Now with Lamica Botanicals, I strive to combine my traditional knowledge with my love of nature, food, and art. In my designs I aim to mindfully combine native plants, ornamentals, fruits, and vegetables to blur the line of function and fashion.
